Therapy During Lockdown


This is an unsettling and uncertain time we find ourselves in. It is of critical importance that we all adhere to the lockdown that has been imposed on our country so that we can reduce the spread of COVID-19 and flatten the curve.


This is a daunting prospect in itself, and may have created all kinds of concerns or worries. Questions may arise such as, "What should I do to keep busy?", "How will I cope alone (or with my family)?", "What will happen?", and so on. These questions are normal and many people are facing them. Perhaps you even have a loved one who is sick or who is vulnerable, which has created even more worry.
